This semester, Science Communication intern Mary updated our website. This is a summary of all major changes.

  • The site's top navigation has been condensed into to Home, About, Education, and Gallery. Under About, you will find the News, Research, and People sections. Whereas under Education, you will find information about agroecology courses and downloadable materials such as the Companion board game.

  • Likewise, the footer now displays the most relevant pages across the site, including but not limited to News, Research, and Contact. Links to our social media are now icons. We also added an RSS feed to our News section to keep you to date without having to open the site. What is an RSS feed?

  • On our Research page, every item has a DOI that leads to the online published article.

  • To accurately reflect the size of our team, we updated the People page showing everyone who is currently working at the lab.

  • To improve the site’s accessibility, we used Squarespace’s AI to add alt text to all non-decorative images.
